1. Rent Jiffy, its employees and affiliates, are not lawyers or tax advisors and does not offer legal or tax advice. Rather you should consult with your advisors including but not limited to attorneys, accountants, investment advisors, tax advisors, realtor(s), and/or property manager(s) for competent counsel.

2. Owner should be aware that their property taxes may or may not increase based on this filing. Rent Jiffy shall not be held accountable for changes in property taxes, income taxes or fees.

3. Owner understands that there may be specific tax forms required to report rental income as opposed to declaring it on their personal income taxes. Owner should contact the appropriate federal, state and localjurisdiction or competent counsel for guidance on such.

4. Rent Jiffy is not responsible for changes in license/permit fees from local government jurisdictions. These changes can occur without notice and any associated increase will be passed on to the Owner.

5. Rent Jiffy is not responsible for the information contained with your application as all information is based on the statements you and/or your agent(s) have provided. You should review the information contained within the applications for accuracy. Any changes to that information should be made to the application prior to submittal. Changes to be made to documents different from that originally supplied incur a $25 change fee and is due and payable before any changes will be made to documents. If errors, misspellings or mistakes have been made in error by Rent Jiffy then those corrections will be made without charge.

6. Rent Jiffy is not responsible for errors made by the government jurisdictions(s) or failure to receive a license. In the event the government jurisdiction fails to issue or issues a license in error and you wish Rent Jiffy to correct, please note you may be charged a processing fee by Rent Jiffy as well as fees from government jurisdictions. Please contact Rent Jiffy for processing fees.

7. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our business and the expenses incurred Rent Jiffy does not offer refunds for services.
